As we prepare your area for construction, the Fidium team will carefully inspect poles to ensure they are structurally sound.
With the network in place, our team will hang the fiber lines on existing electrical poles or dig trenches to lay pipes that encase the fiber. Once you're a customer, you'll have individual fiber cables going from your home to the connection hubs.
We will begin to connect the new fiber to the fiber backbone, which will allow customer access to the network. This phase will also include installing the electronics needed to run the overall network.
During this phase, we're testing our work and making sure your address will qualify in our systems when you go online or call to order. If you haven't already pre-ordered, it's time to do so now. Then, we will organize our crews to connect customers as fast as possible. You’ll hear from us as soon as we are ready to schedule your installation!
