How to redeem your Streaming TV Bonus Card
Activation email from MyBundleTV
Receive your activation email from our partner MyBundleTV 60 days after Fidium Fiber internet installation.
Create a MyBundleTV account
Visit MyBundleTV and create a free account. Make sure to use the email address that you provided when signing up for your Internet service. You may then subscribe to a NEW streaming service on MyBundleTV if you choose.
Redeem your Streaming TV credit
Use your Streaming TV Bonus Card towards your new subscription or enter it as a payment method on existing streaming accounts.This bonus card is good for 6 months or until depleted.

The streaming TV Bonus offer has ended. The offer dates were November 10, 2025 - December 7, 2025, but you can still upgrade to Gig speed internet.
Once you have maintained your service for 60 days, you will receive an email from MyBundleTV with instructions on how to setup an account and redeem your card.
Only 1 Gig and 2 Gig plans are eligible for a bonus card.
All bonus cards are digital and can be redeemed following the instructions above.

Offer Eligibility: New Fidium Fiber customers who signed up for a 1 Gig or 2 Gig internet plan between November 10, 2025 and December 7, 2025 by midnight Pacific Time are eligible to receive a one-time Streaming TV Bonus Card. Eligible amounts range from $100 - $300 depending on rate plan and order date. Redemption Process: After maintaining 60 days of active service following installation, and the account remains in good standing, customers will receive an email from MyBundle (fidium@mybundle.com) with instructions on how to redeem their one-time Streaming TV Bonus Card. Customers must complete the redemption within 45 days of receiving the email, or the offer will expire. Streaming TV Bonus Card Issuance: The Streaming TV Bonus Card will be provided as a one-time virtual card that can be used toward streaming services, including new or existing subscriptions. Usage Guidelines: The Streaming TV Bonus Card must be used within 6 months of issuance, or any remaining balance will be forfeited. Service Changes: If a customer cancels Fidium Fiber service, downgrades to a plan below 1 Gig, or their account is not in good standing before the bonus card is issued, they will forfeit eligibility for the offer. Additional Terms: This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Fidium and MyBundle reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time. Misuse or abuse of the offer may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any remaining value.
