PHASE 1 - IN THE WORKS

Prep time

As we prepare your area for construction, the Fidium team will carefully inspect poles to ensure they are structurally sound.

PHASE 2

Let's get started

With the network in place, our team will hang the fiber lines on existing electrical poles or dig trenches to lay pipes that encase the fiber. Once you're a customer, you'll have individual fiber cables going from your home to the connection hubs.

PHASE 3

Splicing & dicing

We will begin to connect the new fiber to the fiber backbone, which will allow customer access to the network. This phase will also include installing the electronics needed to run the overall network.

PHASE 4

The final stretch

During this phase, you'll have the opportunity to pre-order service about 45 days before we start installations. Then, we will organize our crews to connect customers as fast as possible. You'll hear from us as soon as we are ready to schedule your installation!

Time to order

Your high-speed fiber internet service is now ready to order. If you pre-ordered service, we'll be reaching out to schedule a professional installation.

We will add a junction box on the outside of the building and
run fibers to connection points inside the location. Once
complete, we will install your fiber modern and connect you to the internet.

Please note, we follow guidelines of public health agencies and recommend preventative measures to our employees.  Our team will call ahead of on-site scheduled service appointments to verify the location is safe to enter. We adhere to all customer restrictions, limitations, and policies. If necessary, our employees may postpone or reschedule an appointment.
