Steve’s Fidium Story

Steve shares his Katy, Texas home with his wife and two teenage daughters. Between Steven's home office, his daughters' schoolwork and social media, and his wife logging in to grade her students' assignments, having a reliable internet connection is a must.

His old cable connection was laggy with lots of buffering and it was expensive.

"I needed more than basic," Steven said. As soon as Fidium was available in his neighborhood, he was ready to sign up. "I work in IT and am familiar with technology. Fiber is what I need."

Steven feels that whether working at home or in his company's office, there should be no discernible difference, and that's what he gets with Fidium.

"I'd encourage everyone to get fiber, you don't know how much throughput you need until you hit the limit," Steven shared. "Fiber provides much more flexibility and the cost matters too. I'm not going anywhere."
