Fill out your name and email address.
Provide your name and email to receive a unique personalized URL (PURL) to share with your tenants.
Receive a unique PURL and QR code to share.
Provide this unique personalized URL or QR code to your tenants.
Get $50 if your tenant orders Fidium service.
If your tenant places an order through your unique link, you both receive a $50 gift card upon installation.

Any resident who has not been a Fidium customer for 60 days are eligible.
$50 gift card per qualified resident who intalls service.
Our MDU support team will have access to a report throughout the month and will be able to answer any questions.
There is no limit to the number of residents you can refer, you will earn a $50 gift card as long as they ordered service through your PURL (special web link) and installed service.
NOTE: If your total rewards exceed $599 in a calendar year, you'll be asked to fill out a W-9 tax form before you receive additional gift cards.
