Delete Portal Account

Please call 1.844.4.FIDIUM (1.844.434.3486), or fill out a request form below to delete your Fidium Insider Portal access, which will also delete your credentials from the Attune™ WiFi or Atttune@Work™ Wifi app account. Once the request is submitted, we will follow-up with you in 1-2 business days.

A note on the impacts of deleting access to the portal: The portal will provide you with important account updates, enable you to subscribe to AutoPay and paperless billing, and much more. If we must part ways someday, we’ll close your portal access after your service is cancelled and your final bill is paid.
