From the Fidium Insider Portal (Fidium.net), you can do a whole lot. Easily see your payment amount due and your next bill due date. Quickly link to manage paperless billing, automatic payments and other payment options. See how to do it all here.

How to register for portal

 

  1. Click “Create Account”
  2. Provide account information
  3. Select “agree” for the portal Terms of Service
  4. Create a username (email address)
  5. Confirm your registration by clicking on the authentication link sent via email
  6. Select the activation link in your email
  7. Select a security question and answer then sign in

 

Why you need to register before your installation


Your portal account needs to be active so we can show you around our customer support tools once we finish setting up your services. Your portal account credentials are the same ones you'll need to login to the Fidium Attune™ or Attune@Work™ WiFi app.

 

You should have received instructions for creating your customer portal account with your order confirmation email.

 

If you forget to create your customer portal account, it will take a few extra minutes for us to help you create one during your installation.

 

Your account dashboard and how it helps


Your account dashboard is the home page of your Fidium Insider Portal account. It shows:

 

  1. Your payment amount due
  2. Your next bill due date
  3. Links to manage paperless billing, automatic payments (AutoPay) and other payment options
  4. Links into more detailed information, support tools and FAQs

 

Browsers you should use to access the portal


Desktop users: Use a web browser such as Internet Explorer 8.0 or newer, Google Chrome 27 or newer, Firefox Build 20 or newer or Apple Safari 5.1.7 or newer.

Mobile phone and tablet users: Use iOS5, Safari 5.1.7 or newer or Chrome for Android.

 

Managing your network


Your WiFi network cannot be managed from the Fidium Insider Portal. Instead, use the Fidium Attune™ WiFi App to manage or home network or the Fidium Attune@Work™ WiFi app to manage your business network.

 

Managing phone features and voicemail


If you ordered phone service, we'll show you how to manage your phone and voicemail features online on the day of your installation.

 

Here's how to set up voicemail, Caller ID and much more yourself:

 

  1. Click Support from the left-hand navigation menu on the Fidium Insider Portal
  2. Find the tab across the top that says Phone
  3. Select Phone & Voicemail Manager
  4. A new browser window will open where you can easily view and manage all calling features

Deleting your portal account


A note on the impacts of deleting your Fidium Insider Portal access: The portal will provide you with important account updates, enable you to subscribe to AutoPay and paperless billing, and much more. If we must part ways someday, we’ll close your portal access after your service is cancelled and your final bill is paid.

 

Managing streaming TV service


Fidium offers customers easy access to streaming TV plans from third parties. These streaming TV services are not managed or billed by Fidium, so all management would happen via your third-party streaming TV provider account login.

 

Upgrading or changing services online


Call 1.844.4.FIDIUM (1.844.434.3486) or you can click "Ask Fidium" to chat online with our virtual assistant to start this process online.

 

Paying your bill through the portal


When you enroll in automatic bill payment, or AutoPay, your financial institution will automatically transfer the amount you designate from your checking, savings or debit/credit card account to Fidium on whichever day of the month you chose.

 

You can make a one-time bill payment by pressing the “Make One-Time Payment” button on the account dashboard under “Current bill due.” You can also pay by phone at 1.844.PAY.FIDIUM (1.844.729.3434). A convenience fee applies to all payments made by phone.
