Paperless billing

For customers on paperless billing, instead of receiving a physical bill in the mail, we'll send you an email when your statement becomes available as a downloadable PDF in the Fidium Insider Portal.

To enroll in paperless billing, just log in to your Fidium Insider Portal. From there, go to the Billing & Payments tab.

Customers who opt for a paper bill will be charged a $5/month paper bill fee.* This charge helps offset printing, processing, and mailing costs. 

*Paper billing charge does not apply to Fidium customers in Maine.

Get a copy of your bill

You may need copies of your bills to submit work expense reports or document expenditures for your tax return. You can find and download PDF copies of your past and current bills in the Fidium Insider Portal.
