Starting April 1, 2026, a $5 paper bill charge will apply to all customers* who opt for paper billing. This charge helps offset printing, processing, and mailing costs. Customers who enroll in paperless billing enjoy a $2.50 per month discount on their internet service. Instead of receiving a physical bill in the mail, we'll send you an email when your statement becomes available as a downloadable PDF in the Fidium Insider Portal.
To enroll in paperless billing, just log in to your Fidium Insider Portal. From there, go to the Billing & Payments tab or click the links to Go Paperless.
*Paper billing charge does not apply to Fidium customers in Maine.
