As storms head toward the northeast impacting our serving areas of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, we are actively monitoring the watches and warnings that may impact some of our customers in the region.

Sometimes a bad storm or power outages can cause the equipment in your home to perform poorly. A quick restart of the devices is a good way to remedy this. Unplug ONT and Gateway, wait 15 seconds, then plug back in. Watch this video for guidance.
