Learn about AutoPay and payments and all the other billing options we offer

Fidium makes it easy for you to pay the way you want. You have an array of payment options that let you enjoy a hassle-free experience with Fidium. For electronic payments, Fidium accepts direct payment from your bank account as well as debit card payments and credit card payments from Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

Note: Fidium is a consumer brand of Consolidated Communications, so you may see that name on your bank/credit/debit statement. Don't worry, your payment will apply to the bill for your Fidium service.

Pay with AutoPay

AutoPay lets you make an automatic payment each month. Not only is it easy and convenient, you'll also get a $5 discount on your internet service every month when you enroll in AutoPay.

Get step-by-step instructions to enroll in AutoPay with the electronic payment of your choice. Visit the Fidium Insider Portal to set up and manage AutoPay or update your payment information.

Pay online through your Insider Portal

You can make a one-time online payment, with no convenience fee, using your bank account, debit or credit card. You'll get a confirmation email after we receive your payment.

Pay by phone

To make a one-time payment by phone via the automated system or with an agent, call 1.844.PAY.FIDIUM (1.844.729.3434). Please note that a convenience fee will be charged for all phone payments.

Pay by mail

Fidium accepts payment through the mail. Send a check or money order along with the top portion of your Fidium invoice to the appropriate address below. For your protection and security, please do not send cash when mailing your payment.

Your billing and payment history

To find your payment history, visit the Fidium Insider Portal and click the Bills & Payments tab. The dates and amounts of previous payments will be listed.
