Fidium has expanded its multi-gig, symmetrical speed internet service to Pittsfield, bringing its future-proof fiber network to more than 3,000 homes and businesses.

Fidium Fiber has begun construction to bring high-speed fiber-optic internet to 20 addresses in Shelburne. The work is expected to finish next year.

 Fidium, Maine's best internet provider according to CNET, has expanded its multi-gig, symmetrical speed internet service to Fort Fairfield, bringing its future-proof fiber network to more than 1,600 homes and businesses. Fidium's expansion of its all-fiber network, which began in February, brings all the benefits that come with access to a fiber broadband connection to Fort Fairfield.

Fidium's expansion of its all-fiber network, which began in January, brings all the benefits that come with access to a fiber broadband connection.

As the midpoint of the year approaches, one of the two entities the state of New Hampshire has contracted with to expand high-speed Internet broadband across the state gave a North Country update. Representatives for Fidium Fiber, whose build-out in the region is now complete, said recently that fiber build-out was completed in the towns of Franconia and Lancaster, creating access to more than 3,000 homes and businesses.
