Texas Data Privacy and Security Act

If you are a Texas resident, you have certain rights, pursuant to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (or “TDPSA”). Privacy Rights

Right to Know, Access and Obtain

As a Texas consumer, you have the right to know if we are processing your personal data and to request that we disclose what personal data and sensitive data we collect, use, disclose, analyze, modify, share and/or sell. You have a right to access your personal data and sensitive data. If the data is available in a digital format, you also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that you previously provided to us in a portable and readily usable format.
