Canceling service and equipment returns

We've made canceling service easy, too

Even though we provide you with bill certainty through our rate locks, we never require you to sign a contract. You have the flexibility to change your plan or cancel your service whenever you want with no penalty.

Canceling your service

Here’s how it works:

  1. Call Fidium at 1.844.4.FIDIUM (1.844.434.3486), and tell us what type of change you’d like to make to your service.
  2. We’ll identify all the Fidium equipment you have—such as your WiFi gateway or WiFi extenders—and tell you which items you need to return to us.
  3. We’ll send you a prepaid mailing box(es) and fully addressed sticker(s) via UPS Ground. They will arrive at your home in 5 to 7 days.
  4. Pack up your equipment as directed and send it back to Fidium.

Returning your Fidium equipment

Return your equipment within 30 days of service cancellation to avoid fees for unreturned equipment.

  • Do not send the boxes to any other address.
  • Do not drop them off at any office location.

Credit and refunds

All Fidium internet plans come with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may cancel your internet service within the first 30 days and receive credit for all internet charges that have been billed, excluding applicable fees and surcharges. After 30 days of service, you can still cancel for any reason, but we won’t be able to provide any refunds for services provided.

If you have requested to cancel Fidium service, you will be issued credit from the day service is disconnected to the date of the next billing cycle. This could result in both a credit and a refund if you paid more than the last bill amount due.
